Nauru Airlines, Nauru Office has a vacancy with its Reservations Team. The team is seeking a candidate who is of mature and honest character, with experience in handling face to face, telephone and email customer services, and willing to work on a fixed roster, during business hours as well as weekends, and early morning flight schedules.
Nauru Airlines seeks someone who is competent in the use of a computer, comfortable with working with a computer reservations system and Microsoft Office, especially outlook, word and excel. Must be comfortable with cash handling, a minimum of two (2) years in the field of customers’ services involving money exchange would be advantageous. Must be able to demonstrate confidence in handling difficult customer requests if/when there is a flight disruption, as well as able to provide customers with confidence when managing their travel itineraries and/or any other personal requests per travel arrangements.
As frontline employees of Nauru Airlines, the candidate must be able to demonstrate a professional conduct at all times, whilst ensuring compliance of company policies and procedures.
